Travel Waiver & Release of Liability
The Vibe Atlas by Pbunny
This waiver is signed by [Client Full Name] (“Client”) in addition to the Client Agreement with The Vibe Atlas by Pbunny (“Planner”).
1. Assumption of Risk
Client acknowledges that travel involves certain risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, accidents, natural disasters, flight delays, and other unexpected events. Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with travel.
2. Health & Fitness
Client confirms that they, and all travelers in their group, are physically fit to travel and participate in planned activities. Client agrees to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility issues that may affect travel arrangements.
3. Travel Documents & Requirements
Client is solely responsible for securing valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other entry requirements for their destination(s). The Planner is not liable for denied boarding, immigration issues, or entry refusal due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
4. Insurance
Planner strongly recommends that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, delays, and lost luggage. Client acknowledges that failure to purchase travel insurance is at their own risk.
5. Release of Liability
Client releases, discharges, and holds harmless The Vibe Atlas by Pbunny, its agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for injuries, losses, or damages arising out of participation in travel planned by the Planner, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Third-Party Vendors
Client understands that The Vibe Atlas by Pbunny works with independent third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transportation, tours, etc.) and is not responsible for their actions, services, or failures. Any disputes must be handled directly with the vendor.
7. Fraud & Misrepresentation
Client certifies that all information provided is accurate and that no fraudulent payments, chargebacks, or false identities will be used. Providing false information or fraudulent payments will result in termination of services and possible legal action.
8. Agreement
By checking box , Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these terms, and that they are signing voluntarily.

I understand that deposits and planning fees are non-refundable, and I agree to provide valid travel identification (driver’s license or passport) as required. I acknowledge that The Vibe Atlas by Pbunny acts as a travel planner and is not liable for third-party vendor actions, delays, or cancellations
