Cancellation Policy

At The Vibe Atlas by Pbunny, we put time, effort, and creativity into curating unforgettable luxury travel experiences. To ensure fairness and protect our planning services, the following cancellation terms apply to all bookings.
1. Deposits and Planning Fees
· All deposits and planning fees are non-refundable.
· These payments secure your booking and cover the work completed in the planning process.
2. Client Cancellations
· If you cancel your trip after services have started, all deposits and planning fees will be retained.
· Refunds for flights, hotels, or other third-party services will follow the cancellation policies of the providers (e.g., airlines, resorts, tour companies).
· We strongly recommend that all clients purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, delays, or emergencies.
3. Group Trips
· For group travel experiences, cancellations by one or more travelers may affect the total cost for remaining travelers. Any additional costs must be covered by the group.
· If the entire group cancels, the deposit and planning fee will be retained, and all other payments will follow third-party vendor policies.
4. Cancellations by The Vibe Atlas by Pbunny
· In the rare event that The Vibe Atlas by Pbunny must cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered:
o A full refund of any planning fees paid directly to us (excluding third-party costs), or
o A credit toward a future booking with us
5. Changes and Modifications
· Changes to travel dates, destinations, or group size after booking may result in additional fees.
· We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability or pricing.
6. No-Shows
· Clients who fail to show up for scheduled travel without notice are not eligible for any refunds.
