Client Agreement – The Vibe Atlas by Pbunny

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The Vibe Atlas by Pbunny (“Planner”) and [Client Full Name] (“Client”) on [Date].

1. Services

Planner agrees to provide luxury travel planning services, which may include but are not limited to: itinerary creation, accommodation recommendations, activity reservations, concierge arrangements, and group trip management. Planner is not a direct provider of flights, accommodations, or tours, and acts solely as a travel planning consultant.

2. Client Information & Verification

To protect both parties from fraud and ensure secure bookings, Client agrees to provide:

· A copy of a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport).

· Accurate personal and group information needed to complete travel arrangements.

Failure to provide proper identification may result in cancellation of services without refund.

3. Payments

· A non-refundable deposit is required to secure services.

· Remaining balance must be paid in full by the deadline outlined in the invoice.

· Payments are accepted via Zelle, CashApp, PayPal Business, Stripe, or other methods agreed upon in writing.

· Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of services without refund.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

· All deposits and planning fees are non-refundable.

· Refunds for third-party services (airlines, hotels, excursions, etc.) are subject to the vendor’s policies, not Planner’s.

· Client is strongly advised to purchase travel insurance.

· See Planner’s posted Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated into this Agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

· Provide accurate, timely, and complete information for all travelers.

· Ensure that all travelers possess valid passports, visas, and required travel documents.

· Comply with all local laws and regulations while traveling.

· Pay for any additional costs or upgrades not included in the agreed package.

6. Limitation of Liability

Planner is not responsible for:

· Acts or omissions of third-party vendors (airlines, hotels, drivers, tour companies).

· Delays, cancellations, natural disasters, accidents, or unforeseen events.

· Personal injury, property loss, or damages incurred during travel.

Client acknowledges that Planner’s role is limited to planning and coordination.

7. Fraud & Chargebacks

Client agrees not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or disputes. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, Planner reserves the right to:

· Pursue legal action, including recovery of all fees, costs, and attorney’s fees.

· Terminate services immediately without refund.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Your State].

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with Planner’s posted policies (Refund, Payment, and Cancellation), represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
