Payment Policy

At The Vibe Atlas by Pbunny, we curate luxury travel experiences with attention to detail and excellence. To ensure fairness and smooth processing, the following payment terms apply to all bookings.

1. Deposits

· A non-refundable deposit is required to secure services and begin the planning process.

· Deposits vary depending on the package selected and will be outlined in your initial proposal or invoice.

· Work on your custom itinerary will not begin until the deposit has been received.

2. Planning Fees

· Planning and concierge fees are billed separately from third-party travel costs (such as flights, hotels, and tours).

· These fees are non-refundable once services have begun.

3. Final Payment

· Final payments must be made by the deadline provided in your invoice.

· If payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be subject to cancellation without refund of deposits or planning fees.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept:

· Credit and debit cards

· Bank transfers

· Zelle

· Other electronic payment options as specified in your invoice

Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD).

5. Group Bookings

· For group travel, the client (trip organizer) is responsible for ensuring that all group members meet their payment deadlines.

· Failure by any member to pay may result in additional charges to the group or cancellation of services.

6. Third-Party Costs

· Payments for flights, accommodations, tours, and other services provided by third-party vendors are subject to the payment policies of those vendors.

· The Vibe Atlas by Pbunny is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by non-payment to third-party providers.

7. Late or Failed Payments

· Payments not received by the due date will be considered late.

· Late payments may result in penalties, additional fees, or cancellation of services.
