The fees listed below represent The Vibe Atlas by Pbunny’s professional planning & concierge services only. These fees cover the time, expertise, and resources required to curate your custom luxury itinerary, coordinate details, and provide concierge support.

 

What’s Included in These Fees:

Trip design, research, and itinerary building Booking coordination and communication with vendors Concierge-style support before and during your trip

 

What’s Not Included:

Flights, hotels, transportation, meals, activities, excursions, or third-party vendor costs (these will be billed separately by the providers)

 

Any add-ons such as decor setups, gift bags, or private events (available for an additional fee)

 

Your planning fee secures our services to design your vibe — all additional travel costs will be the responsibility of the client and will vary by destination and experience.

Payment Options

  • Non-refundable deposit required to begin planning

  • Payment plans available for trips over $1,000

  • Final balance due 30 days before departure

  • Payments accepted via Cash App, Zelle, or invoice ​
